Audio not synced on Last Black Man in San Fransisco

The copy of Last Black Man in San Francisco  available On Demand has audio syncing problems about 17 minutes in. I tried restarting the modem, the router, the TV, and even repurchased the movie on a different device. It always stops syncing at the same time, and it doesn’t appear to happen with any other shows or movies. I went on Tubi and it worked there instead. Any clue why this is happening and how to get refunded for the two purchases that were unwatchable??
