Audio issue with NBC Sunday Night Football

During NBC Sunday Night Football, the announcer dialogue is overwhelmed by the stadium crowd on all three of my Xfinity TVs. Commercials on the same channel sound completely normal, and the same SNF game through Xfinity Stream on my PC has clear announcers. Other NFL broadcasts are normal. Changing the Xfinity box between Stereo, Auto Detect and Expert Mode does not correct it. Please have Engineering check the SNF linear-TV audio feed and channel mapping. Can this issue be resolved?

Rallyone Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. It is likely how the broadcast was received that caused the stadium noise to overwhelm the announcer. The best option, so we can troubleshoot in real time, would be to let us know if the issue persists on any other games on NBC.

As of 9/27/26 it is still and issue …can’t hardly watch the game the crowd noise is so overwhelming
