Audio Delay for a Rented Movie

Question

The audio is delayed by 1-2 seconds. Everything works perfectly fine except for the movie. I reset everything. I restated the box. Turned the tv on and off. Nothing works. Checked every audio and visual setting possible.

We're happy to see how we can further assist you. Can you share the name of the movie with us that is having the audio issues? Also, have you attempted to perform any troubleshooting via our amazing Xfinity app? That would send a different set of signals to the equipment that wouldn't be sent if you are just power cycling or unplugging the cable box.
