ATTENTION COMCAST-XFINITY: You have stolen another Purchased HD MOVIE from us AGAIN, FORTH OCCURANCE!!
Dear Comcast Xfinity
AS OF MARCH 06, 2025 – ANOTHER MOVIE WAS STOLEN FROM US (TAKEN 3)
It this becoming habit stealing our movies. This is the fourth occurrence that this has happened to us. Our trust in Comcast Xfinity is wearing very thin. Do we have to keep a watch out to make sure more movies are not going to be stolen? Just saying.
We finally got back after a month the three other movies you stole from us several months ago. It took about two months to restore them.
We now have a total of 202 movies and we noticed a few days ago, we only have 201. We searched and we noticed our TAKEN 3 was missing. When we tried to watch it, and it says we need to subscribe to the channel and it shows it is a SD and NOT a HD movie.
We have proof (see below & attached) we have purchased it on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 14, 2023. What it heck is going on over there at Comcast Xfinity. Is it now customary to steal your customer’s movies that was purchased? I am sure others are having the same issues.
We would appreciate that this will NOT be an ongoing occurrence.
