Attempt to change plan didn't seem to work
I recently tried to change my plan from a basic internet and tv setup (25mbps) to an internet only (600mbps) plan currently offered for $60 per month. I was able to navigate all the way through the change, but my account still shows that I am on the internet and tv plan, with my old billing still scheduled. It says a confirmation receipt of the plan change was sent, but I haven't seen it in my inbox.
Additionally, I performed and internet speed test and it looks like I'm still at around 25 mbps.
Do I need to allow more time for this change to take effect? If not, why am I not seeing this change being made and how do I get it officially changed?
