Attempt to Cancel Xfinity Service
Hello,
I’ve been trying to cancel my service for the past month but haven’t been able to get it resolved.
Before leaving the U.S., I scheduled a callback to cancel my service, but I never received a call from Xfinity. I also tried cancelling through the Xfinity Assistant and chatting with an agent, but I was unable to reach anyone who could help.
I am now out of the country and no longer have a U.S. phone number, so I can’t schedule a callback. At this point, I just need my service cancelled as soon as possible.
