AT&T Jetpack outperforming Comcast low speed internet in North Baltimore County AND Ocean City/Delaware!!!
I have been trying to get in touch with Comcast to address this performance issue. I got through to them two weeks ago because I could not stream on the TV and be online at the same time on my computer. Comcast of course found nothing wrong on their end and sold me an upgrade (buyer beware!!!). I can't verify if the upgrade ever took place, and my performance is now worse than my bill is higher. And now I am ready to starting evaluating Fios again (they were not any better).
Fortunately, I have a Verizon Jetpack because of AT&T's lack of coverage on the MD/DE shore. If I have to work from home, infinity's performance is so bad that I have to put the television on AT&T in order to get any kind of throughput from my Xfinity modem. Pretty sad, but Comcast can't seem to figure it out.
How do I find out if my upgrade ever took place? I never received any HW. Was it a change they were making on their end???
HELP!!!
Cmon Starlink, take us away!!!
