At what point can I enter into another terms contract if I am currently in one

In the past I've been able to go online and enter into a new contract 2-3 months before my contract ends and it would just take over that contract. But now when I go to the plan builder page, it specifically says "no additional term contract required" which I understand to mean that it's not replacing the contract. Do I have to actually have to wait until my current contract expires to start a new one now, or is there a time period before the current one ends where I can begin a new one?

Hey there @user_njfh1z we're so glad to hear from you on our Community Forums! So the way I'd read this is that the new plan has no term agreement "No Additional Term Agreement Required" Some of our discount plans do not have term contracts, but the tradeoff is that the discount may not be as high as regular term agreement plans.  Regarding timeframes, you can upgrade/downgrade your services anytime. The only time that Early Termination Fees are applied is when you cancel all services while still under a term agreement. Our Customer Agreements, Policies & Service Disclosures thoroughly covers these rules.
