Astonishingly terrible customer service.
never leave reviews but felt it necessary. My wife works from home so good internet is important to us. I could go on and on about all the problems I’ve had over the years, but I will just say I have had enough with their customer service. They have completely outsourced Overseas and to AI. You cannot reach a human and when you do, they barely speak English and are clearly reading a poorly written script. Long story short I have had enough and ordered Starlink (I recommend every Xfinity customer does the same) after spending the entire night talking to 3 different agents all of which told me I would receive a callback which I never did. They tried to give me 30% for the next 5 years to stay. I WOULD NOT STAY IF YOU OFFERED IT TO ME FOR FREE. My issue is still unresolved. I am just giving up. I just want to cancel my service and never deal with them again. This company has put profits over their customers and deserves to lose every single one of them. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company by far.
