Assistant Doesn't Work

I have been trying to get to speak to an agent via the web assistant for over 30 minutes now...it just tells me "On it" "Got it" or "Let me look into that" and nothing happens...my bill has a charge that was supposed to be removed last month...they didnt remove it...now im being charged for it again...not only that but my promotion deal that i am supposed to be receiving isnt getting the credit its supposed to and i cant get ahold of a single person to speak to them about it...your AI system [Edited: "Language"]...no one is doing their job...i was told i would get a call back to fix everything almost 2 weeks ago within a few days and HERE WE ARE!! still no one calling me or actually fixing the problem
