Assistance with Security System

I need to speak with an agent to assist with replacing our security system that we had with Xfinity.  It’s terrible that we are paying $9.95 each month for something that is not working because Xfinity decided to no longer use this service.  Agree with everyone’s comment that this organization should hire people who care about customers because your current customer service manager is not meeting expectations.  Please call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"] to discuss. Hello, apparently the security system on our home is no longer supported.  I am receiving a monthly charge on my bill until the equipment is returned.  Why wasn’t a box sent for the equipment especially since Xfinity decided to no longer supported this system?  Please call me to discuss.
