Assistance with Mobile Activation Without SSN
Hello Xfinity Mobile Team,
I recently set up internet service at my home in Bloomington, Indiana through Xfinity. The plan includes a one-year mobile service.
I am an F-1 international student and do not have a Social Security Number (SSN).
When I tried to activate the mobile service through the app, it required me to provide an SSN.
Could you please advise how I can activate my mobile service using the included one-year plan without an SSN?
I would appreciate your guidance and support.

Thanks for joining us here in our community forums user_hm503p! I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is currently no way to sign up for Xfinity Mobile without a SSN. The only alternative we can offer would be NOW Mobile which does not require SSN. The free Unlimited line offer included with your internet service would not be transferrable to NOW Mobile, but the service may be less expensive than your plan with your current provider at $25/mo for unlimited data.
