Assistance with BURYING CABLE between TWO UTILITY POLES

We are under contract to purchase a lot and are in the very time-sensitive feasibility study phase.  It is essential to talk with Xfinity about IF cable lines can be BURIED BETWEEN TWO UTILITY POLES and the approximate COST.  I have detailed information and photos to explain exact needs, but cannot find connect with anyone at Xfinity through the auto/bot route. Note this is NOT a request to bury the cable from utility pole to the house (that will come later once the house is built), but burying the cable between the two closest utility poles.  Thank you in advance for any help!!
