As soon as possible
I have been without internet since Monday. All around me people either have service or are receiving etas for when it will be back on. When I check all I see is "as soon as possible". Does this mean I can expect it at any moment or is the problem so open ended that I should safe myself the grief and end my 10+ year service with you? @XfinityKassie
