@user_x7ubeg Thanks for posting and asking about the 4K DVR. Currently the best bet is a local store, as our inventory was cleaned out by the recent sporting events. Many that have tried multiple times to order one, continue to receive an HD DVR, as the warehouse will ship what they have on hand. Hopefully we get more inventory to ship soon, but you can always stop by the closest store to check inventory here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.
