Arris TG3482G Modem Buzzing and Heating Up

A few weeks ago our modem started buzzing and running hotter and hotter. This modem is about 4-5 years old. Xfinity Assistant said our modem was the latest model. How can I order a replacement modem?  No upgrades, only a replacement.

user_sg6iyb, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. The quickest way to replace your modem is to take it to the nearest Xfinity Store and swap it out. There is no cost involved. If you are not able to get to a store, we can have one shipped to you. Let us know if you need assistance with this.
