I also bought a brand new unit. I have ha problems ever since. They have ran new lines from pole to pole and pole to box and box to house. Still having issues. The last time was about a month ago and now being charged a hundred dollars from tech coming out and issue still not fixed. I am not happy. Ready to switch companies.

Hello, @DJ-wantWifi-fixed sorry to hear you are having issues with your Internet service. Can you provide more details about what your internet has been doing? For example, is this a intermittent connection issue or is it running slow? Have you pulled the modem's logs and checked its RF signal levels? Speed test can be run at speedtest.xfinity.com.
