I called all day. Got no where. Lost my job. Have a family of 6. I fell behind. I am currently back on my feet. I don't want to cancel my service. I'd rather continue business for xfinity. My service was cut off this morning. I called and paid 255.00 dollars to show I can pay and offered to pay again on Friday. All xfinity employees couldn't have cared less about my plea for some faith. I did pay a good amount. I'm not looking for free anything. Was just trying to work with yall and give what I could. Like I said I am back working and will continue to be a loyal customer if someone can just listen and help me. Thank you
