Hello, @user_u14yvk! I am sorry to hear your service has been offline so much and is down today. We never want that and understand it is tough to get through. We care for our network 24/7 and take proactive steps to prevent downtime. You would see notifications for any known work that is upcoming, otherwise the issue should be fixed when the interruption is resolved. We see the same information you see in the Xfinity app regarding any interruptions. Are you seeing a notice of an area interruption there?
