Area Outage - No ETA

I am understanding that Hurricane Zeta knocked the internet for quite a few people. We were without power for a day and some change and at the time, we had an ETA of Friday at 6pm. Since the power has been restored, the ETA has been removed and we have received no updates. Like many, my partner and I work from home. I’m just trying to figure out when I should expect to be able to go back to work. All of the xfinity social media is unhelpful and as others in threads have said, there is no way to talk to an actual person for customer service help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
