Area outage caused mobile data usage overage charges

Today we had an Xfinity internet outage in our area. I worked from home, and this caused me to do several video calls using mobile data, which is on Xfinity Mobile. Xfinity mobile charges "by the Gig", and I got an email during the call that we'd used 100% of our monthly data allotment and were now going to be charged overages.

 

So an Xfinity internet outage caused us to incur Xfinity mobile usage charges, which doesn't seem right.

 

Is there any possible way to get credited for this?
