Thanks for reaching out to us, To determine if you received a valid email from Xfinity, check the sender's address; it should be from xfinity@updates.xfinity.com. Look for the Xfinity Verified Email logo in the upper left of the email body, which confirms authenticity. Be cautious of emails that create a sense of urgency or ask for personal information, as Xfinity will never request sensitive details via email. If the email lacks the verified logo or seems suspicious, do not click any links and report it as spam.
