Are store appointments required?
I would like to visit my nearest Comcast store in Concord, CA, and exchange my old X1 DVR for a new 4K capable DVR.
Is it now required to make an appointment because of COVID, or can I still just walk in?

I had looked there and it does not answer the question. It provides a mechanism to make appointments but does not explicitly state they're required.
I was thinking my visit there might occur at some random time, but I guess it's safer to plan ahead and make an appointment. Thanks for the replies.
