Apt Showing Up as a Business

Hello, I'm moving to a new apartment and I'm trying to transfer services, but my new apartment is showing up as a business. I've tried speaking with chat but was told I cannot get internet services there and to look for another internet provider by one agent, while another told me to simply switch to residential but they had to open a ticket (which I wasn't given a ticket number nor heard from regarding the request). Per the first agent I sought services with other providers but they all told me that XFinity was the contracted provider for that address. Could someone please help me get internet service to my new apartment? Will I need to start a business simply to do this?
