Apt Building switched to Xfinity...cannot upgrade or alter plan

I am extremely frustrated by any lack of ability to contact xfinity. I have been going through a never ending loop system of trying to upgrade my connection however every method of chaning my plan leads me to a 866 number that then only leads me to the limited and quite frankly useless chat bot.

The chat bot then will not connect me to an agent or provide any sort of information on alternative options to do so.

I am extremely unhappy with the below sub standard service.

Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
