Approved for Internet Essentials but have not received Gateway

Hello Community,

My name is Sammy. I applied for Internet Essentials last Friday and was approved Monday morning. The approval email states it takes 3-5 business days to receive your gateway. Today is Thursday tomorrow being Friday, the 5th business day. I just recently moved into my first apartment and need a reliable connection for school and streaming purposes expeditiously. If anyone can help, please reply. I appreciate it.

selhaje My team can look into your account for any shipments about your device. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
