Hello user_kxjgsa when our technicians are scheduled to visit, we do send out several automated calls leading up to the visit, as well as text notifications when they are on their way and once they've arrived. This change was made based on customer feedback about how likely they are to see and review information.

Have technician call the customer & speak to them of when they will arrive. Plus,then "arrive" at that time!
