Appointment

Hello, so basically three weeks ago a tornado happened and our house cable, everything fell down. But we got it fixed with an electrician. But they didn’t fix the WiFi cable since it’s the WiFi company work. We called XFINITY three times to make appointment with us so the cable can be up again, but they never came to our house to fix it!!! This is wrong, xfinity is messing up!! Indiana Michigan power came to our house today and even asked us when is the WiFi cable going to store up.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
