Appointment

I was told yesterday my appointment was between noon and 2pm today. Now I find it has been changed to 6an to 11:30pm today.

The cable has been blocking the street for almost 2 days and needs to be removed and reattached to my house. I don't think they want to do this in the dark. It is currently 5:30pm.

Can I get an update PLEASE!
