Appointment to Install Coax Cable [Edited]

Took me 30+ minutes for the guy to get ahold of “dispatch” to set up an appointment that is pretty much at the end of the month so I’m going to be paying for an entire month of internet service and I can’t even access it until the tech comes, in 2 weeks. By that time I’ll have a newborn and I’ll really be annoyed to have to let a stranger inside the home to install a coax cable. I’m honestly more upset that I had to wait so long when I called fairly early. My wait time was less than 1 minute to even speak with a representative but for dispatch to leave them hanging for 30 minutes is reDONKulous.
