Appointment for in-store visit?

Is it possible to arrange a an appointment time for in-store visit?  I'm stunned by the notice of almost 45% increase in monthly bill.  Would like to see if there's some way I can remain a Comcast customer after having been an uninterrupted cable subscriber for more than 40 years.  When driving past the nearby store, it looks terribly crowded.  I'm hoping to speak with a representative who can offer suggestions as to what can be done.  Otherwise, I'm gone for good.
