Whenever you have a service visit set up, you can log into your account either online or through the Xfinity App, and even on your X1 video equipment if you have TV service to see open appointments: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments

- Have you checked your account to see if there is an open appointment?
