Appointment Dates Don’t Work For Me

I’ve been trying to schedule my installation appointment but the app won’t show me the desired date I need. When I submitted the transfer service request due to moving to a new address, I was wrongfully scheduled on a day prior to my move in. I need help!!!! The virtual assistant is not displaying the date I need.
