I had a gentleman come to dig to bury the cable today:
1. He did not speak English
2. The person he had with him to interrupt was a child, maybe high school age, and could not answer any of my questions.
3. The gentleman had equipment that did not work and he could not dig even if he wanted to. Through the child with him he said the space between the garage and the fence was too narrow and he could not dig. He asked to dig on my neighbors property. I spoke to Holly tonight, they are out of town until Thursday, and she has more questions: Where would they dig, how deep, can she plant bushes near where the cable will be buried?
I really need to speak to someone who can show us where the cable would go, how deep, etc. Also the markings for where everything is was not done for the back of the yard, and we need Julie to come out an mark before they dig.
