Appointment Confirmation & Account Issues

Hello!

I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday October 29th @2:00-4:00pm) and attempted to confirm this via the XFinity Assistant. It was having trouble logging me in, so I attempted again to do so on the mobile app, but it tells me I am not a verified user. 

May I please have help with confirmation and possibly troubleshooting my account?

If so, please review this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts to ensure you're listed as the Primary user or Manager with your Xfinity ID. Let us know if you're able to gain access. Otherwise, we can troubleshoot with you.

I appreciate the speedy reply!

Unfortunately I cannot even sign into my account on the website. It keeps giving me errors and putting me into a refresh loop. Or if it does load, it loads onto the main page welcoming me back, but when I tab over to follow the instructions of the page, it tells me to sign in again, and then it has an error once again.
