Appointment Confirmation & Account Issues
Hello!
I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday October 29th @2:00-4:00pm) and attempted to confirm this via the XFinity Assistant. It was having trouble logging me in, so I attempted again to do so on the mobile app, but it tells me I am not a verified user.
May I please have help with confirmation and possibly troubleshooting my account?

If so, please review this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts to ensure you're listed as the Primary user or Manager with your Xfinity ID. Let us know if you're able to gain access. Otherwise, we can troubleshoot with you.
