Appointment cancelled

I had an appointment for later in the week and it was cancelled out of no where for no reason. I randomly received a message from 266278 saying it was cancelled and to text Help or Stop. I texted help and got no response and when i check on the website it says I have no future appointments im confused as to why this is happening as my wifi still isnt working and has not been working for a week now.

is anyone able to help?

In some cases, some issues are part of a known issue and have been resolved with the ticket. Since you are still experiencing issues, I'd like to take a look, and I can also schedule your trouble call as needed. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
