Appointment canceled twice

I have had intermittent service for a WEEK and have not been able to WFH because of it. I have had 2 appointments cancelled for no reason. I’m very close to canceling service. How do I get a tech to come check it out without being cancelled on again?

user_ydhn0r Thank you for reaching out to us about your recent trouble calls being cancelled when you are having service issues. This certainly isn't what we like to hear, and I am happy to help make sure you get one to come out to repair the issue. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Update: my 3rd appt has also been cancelled….
