Apple watch not working and store refusing return

i got the apple watch from xfinity store in 75th street, Naperville, IL.  Xfinity not able to make my cellular service function in my apple watch.  The customer service says that there is some pending order and now that the store is also not able to get back the device.  I do not know whom to raise the complaint.  Can some one help me to provide the proper escalation path to complaint

@XfinityBilly​ I called your wonder customer service and they make me stay in line for 40 mins with no answer.  I spent nearly 4 hours in phone and xfinity is so tactical tha they dont provide proper escalation path.

Our Xfinity Mobile support team is 24/7 and will be able to assist with this. For security reasons, we must ask our Xfinity Mobile customers to contact that number. Another way for assistance, is visiting the local Xfinity Mobile store and speaking with a rep in person.
