Apple watch not working and store refusing return
i got the apple watch from xfinity store in 75th street, Naperville, IL. Xfinity not able to make my cellular service function in my apple watch. The customer service says that there is some pending order and now that the store is also not able to get back the device. I do not know whom to raise the complaint. Can some one help me to provide the proper escalation path to complaint
