appeal

About a week ago, I switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity and ordered new phones. However, the employee who processed my order made it incorrectly. I specifically asked about getting new phones for my existing line and did not request or authorize an additional line.

Because the order was processed incorrectly, I experienced significant problems transferring my existing primary number from my old phone to my new phone. My primary line was completely unavailable for approximately 24 hours. During this time, I missed important calls and experienced financial loss, inconvenience, and significant stress because I could not use my phone service.

I am requesting that Xfinity investigate what happened, explain why my existing primary number was not properly transferred, and determine why an additional line was added when I did not request one.

I also ask Xfinity to address the financial loss, missed calls, inconvenience, and disruption caused by the interruption of my primary phone service. I believe this situation resulted directly from the order being processed incorrectly by the Xfinity employee.

Please provide me with a clear explanation of what happened and what compensation Xfinity can offer for the problems and losses I experienced.
