App won't accept canadian mobile number. Cant get service
I'm beyond frustrated. I have been trying for 3 hours to get my tv boxes working. Your message get service is probably the worst experience I've ever had. His can you run a company like this. There needs to be more competition.

Hi there, @user_ypz3gb! Thanks for reaching out about your account and the phone number. We can only apply a US number to your account. We also have an option to add an email address. If we need to send you a code or other communications you can get it through email instead since you can't add a mobile number. Let's take a look at this together!
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
