App has said outage for several days, but there is none, features don't work

Folks this is kind of annoying. For 2 days now the app has said that there is an outage because of weather and won't let me access the settings for the WiFi. But there is no outage!  Because of this, i also am unable to speak with an agent through the app. (I can't help but think this might be an intentional error....)  Please help....

@train_wreck I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your App. Our team can certainly help resolve this for you.  Does the website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview does it show the same information? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
