Apartment Switching to Bulk Plan

I haven't been able to get as much clarity as I'd like from my apartment management so I am asking here. They are switching to a bulk MDU internet plan (currently units are responsible for having our own internet) and I want to know what the ramifications are. Would I be able to keep my own subscription/account or must it be merged into their MDU contract? What kind of control will I have over the equipment settings (I have a Raspberry Pi and other devices that require me to have admin access to the gateway to change settings)? Would I still be eligible for rewards/perks after they switch to the bulk plan? I read online that bulk customers are ineligible.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_271scr I completely understand wanting to know the changes to your internet account. I can say that all bulk plans are different so until it is put in place, I wouldn't be able to give you much detail. However, I can look into your account to see if there has been any notes regarding your future bulk agreement. How does that sound?

Perfect, to begin would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
