anyone know how to quickly get help from xfinity

I have been dealing with TV issues for over a year, multiple techs have been to my house. They have replaced pretty much every cable fitting 3 times, replaced cable in the house and the drop to my house. I try and tell them the tv picture goes bad when it rains , I don't think the problem is in the house. I am so sick of calling Xfinity and having to spend almost an hour trying to get through the computer gate keeper , then a person sitting at a desk that has to follow the flow chart of turning everything off and on, every single time. A supervisor was suppose to contact me, never happened. My problem was going to be run up the chain , never happened. So here I am again, raining outside and multiple tv channels are unwatchable. For what xfinity charges for their service , it just unacceptable
