Anyone get their false xfinity mobile reports off their report?

It’s been 3years of my nightmare with xfinity mobile. Never used their service even one day because the sim card never made it to my house so I couldn’t activate it. They knew this even. I fought for months of being charged then having those charges removed by xfinity because they were wrong. And now i’m taking a hit to my credit report because of their claim. My excellent score is only “good” now. Which makes a difference with mortgage rates. 
I see it’s a very common issue in these forums. I am wondering if anyone has actually got this fixed and if they could tell me how they did it ! I would really like to get this fixed so I get the excellent mortgage rates.
