Anyone else get a message saying xfinity subscription about to end?

I have received multiple emails stating that my Xfinity subscription is about to end. I am wondering if this is a fraudulent email with someone posing

as a Comcast representative.

This is a great question! @laucol  I'm glad you reached out to our team for more help.

By any chance have you logged into your XFINITY App to check on that status of your account and plan?

I can definitely check your account to see if there are any details on your plan such as a promotion ending.

Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

I do not have an Xfinity app. I only use a comcast.net email and do not have a "full service address" since I canceled service when I moved away. I just want to know if the email that I received with the heading "Customer Alert" which stated that my Xfinity subscription was about to end unless I "confirmed acceptance of the Terms of Service"
