Anyone else done with Xfinity and their poor communication during an outage?

Xfinity has been out, and their status center says "As soon as possible." If I ran a business that way with no update a week later then I'd lose customers. On top of that, they refuse to let you speak to an agent while service is out. I will be canceling after this outage as other services in the area are doing much better!

I've been waiting a whole week for service and nothing then I used the text message bot and it told me service would restore today and now its changed back to soon as possible I just cant do it anymore.
