Anyone Else Done w/ Xfinity?
I've been using Xfinity for the past 3 years and haven't had any issues. After moving into my house a few months ago, Xfinity has been single-handily become one of my biggest stressors. From being overcharged, randomly charged, terrible customer service, and backwards communication. But today took the cake...here I go again, calling trying to see why my bill is double this month. After being constantly transferred, the woman I ended with was EXTREMELY rude. When I asked for her name, she said it was 'Ice'. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said she didn't have one. She gave me multiple reasons as to why my bill was increased, it was a completely different reason every time she came back from an incredibly long hold. She even told me at some point that she could give me credit to my Xfinity account only if I stayed with the company and continued doing business with them. After an hour and a half of trying to get a manager, I transferred to someone who would not speak to me, no matter how many times I said hello....then after a while, they just hung up. Anyone else done with Xfinity? I should have listened to all the rumors
