Any Way to Know Routine System Maintenance in Advance?
I have experienced a sudden outage of internet connection a couple of times in the past half year.
I always sew the message below when I encounered that problem and opened "Xfinity My Account" App in my smartphone.
Is there any way to know that routine system maintenance in advance if that is a regular maintenance?
It is very frustrating that the internet is disconnected suddenly.
