Any Way to Know Routine System Maintenance in Advance?
I have experienced a sudden outage of internet connection a couple of times in the past half year.
I always sew the message below when I encounered that problem and opened "Xfinity My Account" App in my smartphone.
Is there any way to know that routine system maintenance in advance if that is a regular maintenance?
It is very frustrating that the internet is disconnected suddenly.

The best way to find out about any planned maintenance would be to regularly be checking the Xfinity App. Depending on when our teams are able to update any new work orders, planned interruptions may show 24-72 hours in advance.
