Any Promotions for existing customers?

Hi,

Are there any "double play" deals out there for existing customers?

I have been an Xfinity customer for over 30 years and am currently on a promotion that is ending soon. The promotion started in 2020 at $150/mo. and now I am up to $180/mo. I have contacted the customer retention department and they tell me that my bill will increase by $49/mo. when the promotion ends, when I asked about a better deal all they could offer me was $205/mo. for my current service which is more than I am willing to pay. I was offered "suggestions" to lower my bill such as reduce my services, stream more, add a cellular phone for an additional discount..... I just want to keep the services that I have and not have my bill increase, I am willing to 'sign" a 12 or 24 month contract if needed, does anyone have any advice? Or, does Xfinity no longer value loyal customers or understand new customer acquisition cost?

A little more on this topic, over the years, many customer service reps have been very helpful and unlike some customers I haven't had any problems with Comcast in my over 30 years of service with them. That being said, the cost each time keeps getting higher and higher as I have stated above. It certainly would be nice to be rewarded for being a loyal customer who always paid on time and see Comcast offer a set price for a bundle plan (double-play in my case) for existing customers of "X" number of years that is comparable with some of the better offers out there and not have to worry every year of a significate price hike. I certainly would like to remain with Comcast as I am happy with their service, but for financial reasons I will have to entertain other offers. Having recently retired I need to cut back on expenses so If anyone knows of any existing deals for current customers it would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please send our team a private message with your full name and full service address? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

So, after going the Direct Message route these are my options:

Monthly cost 2020: $150

Monthly cost 2022: $180 (before promotion ends)

Monthly cost 2022: $230 (with no promotion)

Monthly cost 2022: $210 (with 1yr. promotion)

So, it does not appear to me that Xfinity values long term (30+ years) customers who pay their bill on time every month.

Who can afford a $30 monthly increase every year in their television/internet costs?
