Any humans at Xfinity

Are there any humans that work at Xfinity these days? Eveyone is powered by AI except AI is not helping. I need to speak to a real person about my security cameras.

I don’t need them anymore. And I want to know if I’m getting charged for them. If I am I need to cancel that service. I can keep the alarm service we have.
